What to Expect
The doctor will examine your ear before treatment. Depending on the type and location of the blockage, treatment may involve controlled ear irrigation, manual removal with specialised instruments, or another suitable method.
Ear irrigation is not suitable for everyone, particularly in certain cases involving previous ear surgery, eardrum problems or infection, so medical assessment is important before treatment.
For some deeply lodged, difficult or potentially dangerous foreign bodies, referral to an ENT specialist or hospital may be required.

若有小物件卡在耳道内，医生可使用合适的医疗器械，小心将异物取出。
✅ 治疗前先由医生检查
先确认耳道堵塞或异物的位置，并检查是否有感染、受伤或其他耳部问题。

清除堵塞后，可帮助改善因耳垢或异物造成的闷塞感、不适及听力影响。
治疗过程
医生会先检查耳朵，再根据耳垢或异物的种类、位置及严重程度选择处理方式，例如耳道冲洗、使用专业器械取出或其他合适方法。
并非所有患者都适合进行洗耳。如果曾接受耳部手术、怀疑耳膜穿孔或耳朵正在发炎，医生会先评估后再决定最安全的治疗方式。
如果异物位置太深、难以安全取出，或属于较危险的异物，医生可能建议转介耳鼻喉科或医院进一步处理。
