Mole Removal

Moles are common skin growths that are usually harmless. Some people choose to have a mole removed because it causes irritation, catches on clothing, affects their appearance, or has changed in size, shape, or colour.

At MyGP Clinic, our doctors will examine the mole before recommending treatment. Depending on its size, location, and appearance, removal may be performed using shave removal or surgical excision under local anaesthetic. The removed tissue may be sent for laboratory testing when medically indicated.

Please seek medical assessment if a mole becomes asymmetrical, develops an irregular border, changes colour or size, bleeds, itches, or looks different from your other moles. All mole-removal procedures may leave a scar, which your doctor will discuss with you beforehand.

痣切除服务

痣是常见的皮肤增生，大多数属于良性。有些人会因为痣受到摩擦、经常勾到衣物、影响外观，或出现大小、形状及颜色变化而考虑将其切除。

MyGP Clinic 医生会先检查痣的情况，再建议合适的处理方式。根据痣的大小、位置和外观，可在局部麻醉下进行表面切除或外科手术切除。如有医学需要，切除的组织可能会送往化验室进行病理检查。

如果痣出现不对称、边缘不规则、颜色或大小改变、出血、发痒，或与其他痣明显不同，建议尽快让医生检查。任何痣切除手术都可能留下疤痕，医生会在治疗前与您详细说明。
